• Rule Settings and Configurations: We store your custom moderation rule settings, including whether a rule is enabled, custom replies you've configured, and specific configuration parameters for each rule (e.g., thresholds for spam detection, minimum reply lengths).
• Scheduled Posts: If you use the scheduled posting feature, we store the text content of your scheduled posts, the desired publication time, and their status.

b. Information We Collect from the Threads Platform

We access the following data from the Threads platform via your granted permissions:

• Your Threads Profile Information: (as listed above under Authentication Data)
• Your Threads Posts and Replies: We access your Threads posts and replies to apply your configured moderation rules. This includes the text content, media type, timestamp, and permalink of posts and replies.
• Threads User IDs and Usernames: We collect User IDs and usernames associated with posts and replies that are subject to moderation.
• Mentions: We may process data related to mentions of your account on Threads to apply moderation rules.

c. Automatically Collected Information

• Session Information: We collect session IDs to manage your application session and for A/B testing purposes.
• Usage Data: We collect data on how you interact with the application, such as which features you use, the success or failure of moderation actions, and processing durations. This helps us improve the application's performance and features.
• Log Data: Our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit our application. This log data may include your IP address, browser type, and other statistics.
• A/B Test Data: We record your participation in A/B tests and events related to these tests to analyze feature effectiveness and user experience.

2. How We Process Your Information

We process your information for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Maintain the Service: To enable the core functionality of Threads Automod, including applying your moderation rules to Threads content, managing scheduled posts, and authenticating your account.
• To Personalize Your Experience: To display your Threads profile information within the application and apply your specific rule settings.
• To Improve and Develop Our Services: We use aggregated and anonymized usage data and A/B test results to understand how our application is used, identify areas for improvement, and develop new features.
• To Ensure Security and Prevent Fraud: To protect the integrity and security of our application and the Threads platform.
• To Communicate with You: To send you important updates, notifications related to moderation actions, or respond to your inquiries.
• For Analytics and Reporting: To monitor the performance of our application and generate internal reports.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Rule Settings and Scheduled Posts: Retained until you delete them or close your account.
• Moderation Action Logs: Retained for a limited period for audit and service improvement purposes.
• A/B Test Data and Usage Data: Retained for analytical purposes, often in an aggregated or anonymized form.

5. Your Data Rights and Deletion Requests

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will:

• Verify your identity to ensure the security of your data.
• Delete all personal data associated with your account from our active databases.

Please note that some data may remain in backup copies for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, but it will not be actively processed.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
